Microsoft has officially confirmed that the next Windows 10 feature update is the highly-anticipated version 21H1.
In a blog post published today, John Cable, Vice President, Program Management, Windows Servicing and Delivery, says Windows 10 version 21H1, which will launch in the first half of the year, will be a smaller update delivered as a monthly quality update, which means it should install faster on all compatible devices.
This is something that comes as a small surprise given the previous Windows 10 feature update is also a small service pack-like release, but on the other hand, unofficial information in this regard has been making the rounds on several occasions lately.
